

The Supreme Court of Canada granted the federal government a four month extension before the Court’s judgment on physician-assisted dying will come into effect. During that four month period, critically ill Canadians will be allowed to ask a judge for an assisted death. Farris lawyers Joseph J. Arvay, Q.C. and Alison M. Latimer along with Sheila M.
