Thomson Reuters Canada has recently released the 2017 update to Commercial Arbitration in Canada: A Guide to Domestic and International Arbitrations, which is co-authored and annually updated by Farris partner Ludmila Herbst, Q.C. The substantial looseleaf, which was first published in 2004, is one of Canada’s leading arbitration texts. Over the years it has been cited in numerous decisions by the B.C. Supreme Court, the B.C. Court of Appeal, the B.C. Provincial Court, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Quebec Superior Court, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
