The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide food and catering services for the Farris café operation at 2500-700 West Georgia Street. Our goal is to partner with a vendor that can help us maximize food service participation and support and enhance Farris’s world class reputation.
The successful vendor will be expected to provide breakfast and lunch to approximately 100 diners daily, along with a selection of snacks and packaged options for after hours consumption. Catering services, both within regular business hours and occasionally outside of regular hours will also be required. Dining and catering services are expected to include a variety of nutritious choices and regional and world cuisines made with local ingredients when possible. Attention to special dietary needs (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free) will be important.
