Farris lawyers Ludmila Herbst, K.C. and Cassandra Enns acted for the developer whose win on additional school tax is the subject of the Vancouver Sun’s August 27 item, “Big tax win for Musqueam – and perhaps other major developers”.

Ludmila is a litigator who has represented clients before all levels of court, arbitral tribunals, and administrative tribunals such as the Property Assessment Appeal Board, which made the decision in this case.
