The Canadian Bar Association’s B.C. Family Law Subsection featured Farris associate, Amanda Winters as a speaker at their recent monthly meeting on April 26, 2022. Amanda presented on the topic of Entitlement to Spousal Support to over 100 subsection members, focusing on entitlement for men, and providing attendees with an update on recent cases of note. Amanda’s practice focuses on family and estate litigation, and she has a particular interest in cases where those areas of law intersect. Her family cases involve a wide range of issues, including not only entitlement to spousal support, but also complex property issues involving trusts and companies, among other things.
