On May 18, 2022, Farris partner Ludmila Herbst, K.C., participated in a panel discussion on “Arbitration Nuts and Bolts: Tips for Navigating Domestic and International Commercial Arbitrations”, presented jointly by the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) and the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch)’s Civil Litigation subsection. Ludmila is a litigator who appears before all levels of court and both arbitral and administrative tribunals. She is the co-author of Commercial Arbitration in Canada: A Guide to Domestic and International Arbitrations, which has been cited by trial and appellate courts across Canada.
