Farris Partner, Rebecca Morse, presented at CLEBC’s recent Estate Litigation Update on the topic of ‘Intersecting Issues Between Family Law, Estate and Trust Law’. Her paper and presentation reviewed unjust enrichment and joint family venture cases, as well as discretionary trust interests.
