On November 9, 2023, Amanda Winters joined speakers from the legal and medical professions and beyond to present on current legal issue affecting elders. Amanda’s presentation addressed divorce and separation where an adult has lost capacity or may be under the influence of another person. She also discussed creative solutions for incapacity planning, including the use of family law agreements to plan for both financial and personal arrangements when a spouse can no longer care for themselves.
