Harninder advises clients involved in audits conducted by the Canada Revenue Agency, and those who are disputing income tax and GST assessments. Harninder also provides advice and representation in respect of provincial tax matters, including empty homes tax, speculation tax and property transfer tax. Harninder has appeared before both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
