Farris was pleased to support the annual Advocates’ Society Vancouver gala, held on March 13, 2024. The Advocates’ Society is a nationwide organization established to ensure the presence of a courageous and independent bar, and the maintenance of the role of the advocate in the administration of justice. Farris Partner Ludmila Herbst, K.C., who chairs the Society’s B.C Advisory Committee, was accompanied by Associates Rachael Breeze, Allison Render, Jonah Brook, Sandy Lun, Mohnaam Shergill, Jake Harrigan, Kelvin Zhu, and Articling Student Danielle Wierenga. The annual cherry blossom theme was welcomed by members of the legal profession including keynote speaker, The Honourable Chief Justice Leonard S. Marchand.
