At the September 2024 International Academy of Family Lawyers/Canadian Chapter (IAFL) Annual General Meeting, Farris Partner, Karen Shirley-Paterson, was nominated for and accepted the position of Treasurer and President Elect Designate of the Canadian Chapter Executive Committee.  IAFL is a worldwide association of practicing lawyers who are recognized by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries.
