We are pleased to welcome Thomas Popov to the firm as an Associate. Thomas has experience advising both public and private companies on a wide range of corporate, securities, and commercial matters. Before joining Farris, Thomas practised corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions at a leading corporate and securities boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver. Thomas obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
