Brietta recently completed her second year at Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law. Previously she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Cognitive Science and Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto.

While in school, Brietta works as a Supplemental Learning Leader to first-year law students in Constitutional Law. She also offers tutorials as a Teaching Assistant. As the Co-Founder of the TRU Law and Film Club, she organizes monthly screenings where students subsequently critically engage with the film through a discussion of legal topics.

In her first year, Brietta was awarded Dean Course Prizes in Constitutional Law and Legislation, Administration and Policy. She is currently on the Dean’s List.
