Chelsea is a litigation associate with experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. She combines pragmatism, honesty and charisma to deliver smart and practical results.
Previously an oil and gas litigator, Chelsea molded her practice to address Okanagan specific concerns, navigating real estate, construction and development disputes. She has also assisted her clients in resolving disputes involving contracts, shareholder issues and regulatory matters. Her clients reap the benefits of her dedication and while she appreciates that for many clients early resolution is the ideal outcome, she is not afraid of a fight.
Chelsea was called to the British Columbia Bar following three years of practice at a top-tier international firm in Alberta, where she represented her clients at all levels of the Alberta Court. During this time, Chelsea was seconded to a major energy company in Calgary and provided advice regarding an Alberta Energy Board pipeline application.
As a law student at the University of Saskatchewan, Chelsea spent semesters abroad studying international law at the University College Dublin and at Stockholm University.
