Harninder is an Associate in the Tax Group. She has appeared at the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Tax Court of Canada. Harninder has experience advising clients who are involved in audits conducted by the Canada Revenue Agency and clients who are disputing income tax and GST assessments. Harninder also provides advice and representation in respect of provincial tax matters, including empty homes tax, speculation tax and property transfer tax. Prior to joining Farris, Harninder practiced in tax litigation at a boutique tax and estate firm in Vancouver.

Harninder obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia, and she gained practical experience through her work with the Ministry of Finance.
