Jack Sorokin is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial and Real Estate Groups. As an Articled Student, Jack gained broad exposure to corporate and commercial and real estate practices, including advising clients on M&A and securities transactions, real estate transactions, and corporate finance and corporate governance matters.

After earning his J.D. from the University of British Columbia, Jack joined Farris full-time as an Articled Student in 2023. Prior to law school, Jack earned his B.A. (Honors Specialization in Kinesiology) from Western University.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys travelling and watching and playing sports.
