Education

Lindsay earned her J.D. from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and, following graduation, clerked for judges in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court.

During law school, Lindsay wrote publications for the International Law Society and assisted with research in the field of Transnational-Environmental Law. She also volunteered for Pro Bono Students’ Canada and served as the Co-chair of External Outreach for the Students’ Law Society. Lindsay was an active member of the Black Law Students’ Association chapter at Windsor Law and co-led an academic success and mentorship program for Black first-year law students. Lindsay also worked at Legal Assistance of Windsor and the Canadian Environmental Law Association, where she gained experience in oral and written advocacy. Prior to law school, Lindsay interned at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. Lindsay also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Science from Ontario Tech University.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys travelling, reading, and playing with her cat Taro, and her dog Coco.
