Rachael is an associate in Farris’ litigation group. She maintains a general litigation practice, and has assisted clients in a wide range of matters including commercial and civil disputes, administrative matters, international trade matters, and insolvency matters.
At law school, Rachael was the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Victoria’s law journal, Appeal. She also participated in the Wilson Moot competition, served as a research assistant to several of her professors, and volunteered with Access Pro Bono’s Residential Tenancy Program.
Prior to starting law school, Rachael obtained a Master’s degree in English literature (with Distinction) at the University of British Columbia and worked for a leading educational publisher. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys running, science fiction, and falling off surfboards.
