Shane is an Associate in Farris’ Corporate & Commercial Group in Vancouver. He maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. Shane combines his business background with a pragmatic approach and keen attention to detail to deliver effective legal solutions.

Shane completed the Bachelor of Commerce/Juris Doctor combined program at Queen’s University. He joined Farris as an Associate after practicing at a leading international law firm based in Toronto. Shane was admitted to the Bar of Ontario (2023) and the Bar of British Columbia (2024).

In his free time, Shane enjoys running, cooking, traveling and reading.
