On December 20, 2016 TransLink completed the sale of its 13.8 acres Oakridge Transit Centre property to Intergulf-Modern Green Development Corp. for $440 million, one of the highest-priced real estate transactions in British Columbia history. TransLink was represented by Farris Partner Gordon Love.
