Farris lawyers represented the purchaser in closing the sale and purchase of a $52 million strata wind-up redevelopment site in the West End neighbourhood of Vancouver. The purchase closed on March 12, 2018 in conjunction with financing from Timbercreek Mortgage Servicing Inc. and Computershare Trust Company of Canada. The purchaser was represented by Farris, with a team led by Brendan Piovesan.
