We are pleased to announce that Mitchell Gropper, Q.C. has been appointed Chair of the Project Assurance Board (PAB) that oversees the construction of the Site C Clean Energy Project.  The Project is approximately 50% complete with a total current estimated costs of $16B and a completion date in 2025.  The purpose of the Site C PAB is to provide independent due diligence and oversight of the Site C Project to enable the project to be fit for purpose and to be completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Members of the Board and its Chair are appointed by BC Hydro in consultation with the Minister of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Emissions.  Congratulations, Mitchell.
