Farris Partner, Ludmila Herbst, K.C., co-chaired and spoke at the Advocates’ Society Chambers Advocacy course, a half-day session held on April 13, 2022. This course brought together members of the bench and bar to provide practical advice for litigators on bringing and responding to chambers applications. Although primarily directed to B.C. advocates, attendees were also located in Alberta, Ontario and the Northwest Territories. Ludmila is a litigator who works in the fields of corporate, commercial and regulatory law.
