On June 15, 2022, Farris Partner, Ludmila Herbst, K.C., presented as part of a panel discussion on the new International Commercial Arbitration Rules of Procedure of the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (“VanIAC”). VanIAC’s new international rules come into effect on July 1, 2022.  Ludmila is a member of VanIAC’s board of directors and, as a member of VanIAC’s rules committee, was involved in drafting and finalizing the new rules.  Ludmila represents clients before the courts as well as arbitral and other tribunals, and is co-author of Commercial Arbitration in Canada: A Guide to Domestic and International Arbitrations.
