Farris is pleased to welcome back Wayne Fernandes to the firm as litigation/family law associate. Wayne has experience in property division, child support, spousal support, parenting and mobility issues. Wayne’s practice also includes general commercial and civil litigation.

Wayne has appeared at all three levels of court in British Columbia and has also participated in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation.
