Farris was pleased to attend the 8^th annual HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series stop in Vancouver from March 3-5.  For the first time, both the Canada’s Men’s Sevens Team and the Canada’s Women’s Sevens Team were in competition on home soil, under one roof.  The Women clinched their best finish yet on Sunday, finishing sixth and collecting 10 points. It was a roller coaster of a weekend for the Men who, after beating Australia and Chile, just barely lost out on making the quarter finals after a three-way tie that was decided by point differential. After losing to Spain on Saturday night, Canada met South Africa in what would be their final game of the tournament, the fourteenth place semi final. Farris lawyers and guests embraced the fancy dress tradition with the theme “80’s aerobics class”.
