On March 29, Farris partner, Kevin Smith, participated in the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association’s popular “In-House Counsel Bootcamp” series. Kevin and co-presenter Dev Jagdev (Legal Counsel – Rogers Communications Inc.) spoke on the topic of Fundamentals of Litigation Management to a large audience of in-house counsel in a variety of industries and sectors from across Canada, as well as a number of law students.
