Farris Partner Ludmila Herbst, K.C., was among the participants in a two-part Advocates’ Society podcast on public inquiries and coroners’ inquests. Part 1 was released today. In the podcast, Ludmila shares her perspectives on inquests and inquiries, how they function, what they achieve, and how to be effective advocates in a non-adversarial process. Ludmila and Farris Associate Catherine George were among the counsel for participants in the highly publicized Cullen Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in British Columbia. Ludmila is also the chair of The Advocates’ Society B.C. Regional Advisory Committee.
