Farris Partner Ludmila Herbst, K.C., presented at the “Legal Case Review” session held by the B.C. chapter of the Canadian Property Tax Association on May 16, 2024. Ludmila was part of a panel of industry lawyers discussing notable recent cases that have come before the B.C. courts and the Property Assessment Appeal Board. Ludmila is a corporate-commercial litigator whose wide-ranging practice includes acting in property tax cases for developers and other taxpayers. She and other Farris lawyers including Associate Cassandra Enns provide advice and appear before both the Property Assessment Appeal Board and the courts on these matters.
