Farris Partner Amanda Winters, along with Ingrid Tsui of AHBL, co-chaired CLEBC’s May 30^th conference, Estate Planning for Blended Families. The course addressed the interplay between family law and estate planning, including the often conflicting obligations presented by the two areas of law. Farris Partner Andrea Frisby presented a session on Wills/Trusts/Inver vivos Planning Issues, addressing the various planning options available and the critical considerations for both planning and future administration.
