Farris Partner, Matthew Pierce, recently presented for the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association’s popular “In-House Counsel Bootcamp” series. Matt spoke on the topics of privilege, confidentiality and conflicts of interest to a large audience of in-house counsel in a variety of industries and sectors from across Canada.

Matt has a broad litigation practice covering a wide range of corporate-commercial matters, including complex contract disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate governance matters, construction and real estate disputes, and regulatory matters.  Matt represents clients regularly in the courts, as well as in arbitrations and regulatory proceedings; he has made appearances in the trial and appeal courts of British Columbia, Alberta and Nova Scotia.
