We are pleased to welcome Nathan Illsley to the firm as a Litigation Associate. Nate maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with complex commercial matters involving environmental law, tort and contract disputes, and class actions. He has assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of Yukon, and the Federal Court of Canada.
