Farris Partner, B. Sunny Aujla, recently participated on a “Careers in Law” panel hosted by the Career Services Office as part of orientation for the incoming 1L class at Allard Law. Sunny spoke with students about his career path and shared knowledge, insight, and experience gained from his years in practice.

Sunny practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, real estate law, corporate commercial and commercial lending.  His experience includes acting as lead counsel on numerous mergers & acquisitions transactions nationally and internationally, real estate development projects, equity and/or debt financings, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance matters, complex real estate transactions and structuring private companies and partnerships.
