Jeff is a highly skilled  tax  dispute  lawyer with  over  20  years’ experience  helping  individual  and  corporate  taxpayers  through  their  audits, defending them during the Canada Revenue Agency appeals process and in negotiations  with  the  Department  of  Justice  at  the  Tax  Court  of  Canada. Through his high volume practice, he regularly deals with and has developed efficient  strategies  for  challenging  CRA’s  positions  and  resolving  matters  in favour of his clients.
