Farris Partner Todd Bell recently presented at the 2025 Provincial Court Judges’ Conference, delivering an update on recent developments in family law to more than 150 judges. His presentation provided an overview of recent family law developments, including significant appellate and trial decisions and emerging issues shaping the application of the Family Law Act.
