Farris Partner Todd Bell was a recent guest lecture at the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law on key family law topics, including child support, spousal support, and property division. The lecture provided an overview of the legal framework governing support obligations under the Federal Divorce Act and B.C.’s Family Law Act.
