Farris partner Ludmila Herbst, K.C., is chairing and is also, alongside Farris associate Forrest Finn, co-presenting at CLEBC’s 2026 Commercial Arbitration conference. This course, which will be held both in-person and online on May 26, 2026, will bring together an impressive faculty of arbitrators, arbitration counsel and others from both bench and bar who deal with arbitration-related cases when they reach the courts. Ludmila is a litigator based in Vancouver and is the co-author of Commercial Arbitration in Canada: A Guide to Domestic and International Arbitration, a longstanding publication that continues to be cited regularly by trial and appellate courts across Canada. Forrest is a litigator based in Victoria and represents clients throughout British Columbia and Yukon. He has represented clients before both trial and appellate courts and before arbitral tribunals.
