Amy is an associate in Farris’ Corporate Commercial and Real Estate practice groups.
Amy maintains a broad real estate practice, advising clients on all aspects of real estate development and real estate related transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial and residential developments, financing and leasing. Amy’s practice also encompasses advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, structuring partnerships and other investment vehicles, and corporate governance matters.
Amy obtained her LLB (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh, before pursuing her LLM at the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Farris, Amy was an associate at an international law firm in Vancouver.
