Anika obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. As a student, Anika worked as a Student Caseworker for the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic, representing clients in criminal and landlord/tenant matters. She also obtained a Certificate in Public International Law from Bader College, UK. Anika also completed an exchange semester at ESADE Law School in Barcelona.
Prior to law school, Anika received a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of British Columbia, where she majored in International Relations. Anika’s previous experience includes work at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, an international trade law firm and several years at a personal injury law firm.
In her free time, Anika enjoys yoga, cooking, travelling, and going to the beach. Anika is fluent in Japanese.
