Josef is currently a student at Western University’s Faculty of Law. After finishing his first year of studies, Josef worked with Community Legal Assistance Society in Vancouver, where he represented client sat administrative tribunal hearings. In his second year of law school, Josef worked as a teaching assistant. Josef was also a finalist in Western Law’s internal trial advocacy competition, the Cherniak Cup, and sang and played two songs on piano for the 2025 edition of Western Law’s annual talent show, Obiter Dicta.
Before coming to law school, Josef received an Honours Bachelor of Science with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where he double majored in Health & Disease and Linguistics. Over the course of his undergraduate studies, Josef acquired an eclectic array of job experience, having worked at a movie theatre, a hospital lab, and even a juicery.
In his free time, Josef enjoys practicing piano and singing, going on hikes, and, when back in Vancouver, hanging out as much as possible with his two brothers.
