Kristil grew up in Sooke, studied law at the University of Toronto and worked as a lawyer in downtown Vancouver, but heeded the inescapable draw of home and returned to Victoria in 2009. While building a legal practice with a focus on transactional and commercial law she has become keenly aware of the challenges involved in doing business in Victoria and strives to provide practical and valuable legal advice to her clients.

When not at work, she can most often be found in the company of her family exploring their neighbourhood.
