Laura obtained her law degree with First Class Honours from Queen Mary University of London. She has since returned to her hometown of Vancouver, where she completed her legal accreditation in Canada.

Laura also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, with concentrations in finance, marketing, and international business. During her undergraduate studies, she completed practicums in the tax and finance sectors in both Boston and New York City.

An avid field hockey player, Laura has competed for the Canadian Junior National Team, her NCAA Division I university team, where she earned First Team All-Conference honours, and more recently, in her law school’s friendly league.

Outside of law, Laura enjoys discovering new adventures, whether that’s tackling a challenging hike, finding hidden gem restaurants, or supporting emerging Vancouver artists and local art scenes.
