Meghan is an Associate in the Family Law Group. She has appeared before the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and has also participated in alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration. Meghan has experience advising clients on all family law matters such as separation, divorce, property division, common law trusts, corporate restructuring, spousal support, child support, guardianship, relocation, and parenting time. Additionally, Meghan has experience representing parents in child protection matters.
