Milana brings over 15 years of progressive Human Resources management experience to her role as Director, Human Resources. Before joining Farris in 2021, she held a senior HR position with a national law firm in Vancouver and gained extensive experience in the real estate and automotive industries. At Farris, Milana leads the firm’s HR function, overseeing staff recruitment, engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits—including payroll oversight—and advancing employee wellbeing through social and wellness initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Guelph, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
