Nav is an Associate in Farris’ litigation group. She first joined Farris in 2012 as an articled student and stayed on as an associate between 2013 and 2021.

Between March 2021 and October 2025, Nav was a tribunal member with the Civil Resolution Tribunal (“CRT”). While at the CRT, Nav adjudicated hundreds of small claims and strata property disputes. After leaving the CRT, Nav joined CLEBC as a Program Lawyer before returning back to Farris in July 2026 to lead and manage its foreclosure and secured realization practice.

Nav has significant experience representing clients in the BC Supreme Court, before various administrative tribunals and boards, as well as in mediations and arbitrations.

In her free time, Nav enjoys traveling, finding new local restaurants, and volunteering at her children’s school.
