Pamela Sheppard is a partner in the Family Law and Litigation groups. She has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients in complex disputes before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Pam’s assertive litigation style is paired with a focus on providing practical and strategic advice which consistently results in meaningful victories for her clients, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
With over 13 years of experience as a commercial litigator, Pam’s practice focuses on breach of contract disputes in a variety of industry settings, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, libel actions, and injunctions. Her advocacy has been on behalf of clients from various industries, from high net worth individuals and local entrepreneurs to multinational corporations. She has distinguished herself as a results-driven lawyer with exceptional legal analysis of her clients’ concerns and a common sense approach to resolution of claims.
Pam also litigates complex family asset division cases involving corporations, partnerships, trusts and multijurisdictional assets, as well as child and spousal support claims. She has particular experience in the area of variation of family agreements.
