As Director of Professional Development and Marketing, Sharan oversees all professional development programs relating to Associates and Partners and is responsible for marketing strategy and all aspects of its execution. She works collaboratively with firm leaders to align business and talent strategies. The recruitment of legal professionals and management of diversity initiatives are at the heart of promoting professional and business growth for the firm and are also a key component of Sharan’s responsibilities. Sharan has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry including recruitment, performance management, compensation and professional development of legal professionals. She also brings to her role the invaluable experience as a former labour and employment lawyer and articling student with the firm.
