Zack is a Senior Associate in Farris’ Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services and Corporate Commercial practice groups.
Zack’s real estate practice involves assisting clients with all aspects of commercial, mixed-use, and residential real estate developments, including Real Estate Development Marketing Act compliance and obtaining the requisite municipal approvals and entitlements. Zack has extensive experience with real estate transactions, including development sites, land assemblies, manufactured home parks and income producing properties. He also regularly helps clients with negotiating purchase agreements, due diligence, structuring and borrower-side work for all manner of real estate-related financings including deposit protection facilities.
In Zack’s banking & Financial Services practice he primarily focuses on the preparation and negotiation of loan and security documentation for secured financings. He frequently acts for lenders in connection with bespoke lending arrangements.
Zack’s corporate and commercial practice involves assisting clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including asset and share acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He regularly drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, shareholders’ agreements, non-disclosure agreements and supply and manufacturing agreements.
