Zack is an associate in Farris’ corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and general corporate and commercial law. He has experience in a wide range of commercial transactions including asset purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, equity financings, corporate reorganizations and various other corporate proceedings.
Zack joined Farris as an articling student in 2017. He completed his articles and joined the firm as an associate in 2018.

- For the last 3 years, Zack has been an active participant in and fundraised for Hockey Helps the Homeless, a volunteer-driven charitable organization that hosts all-day Pro-am and Collegiate hockey tournaments across Canadian cities where all funds raised stay local to benefit homeless support agencies.
