A number of Farris lawyers contributed to the recently-released 4^th edition of CLEBC’s Introducing Evidence at Trial: A British Columbia Handbook (CLE BC, 2020). Robert Anderson, Q.C. is a member of the editorial board and the author of a chapter on Statements, Catherine George co-authored the chapter on Privilege, and Michael Gianacopoulos co-authored the chapter on Interpreters. This guide offers access to clear statements of the rules of evidence, practice pointers and strategies for leading different types of evidence in civil and criminal trials in British Columbia, and is widely used in the province by lawyers, students and litigants.
